why is disc so foundational to your offerings?
As early as 1918, research conducted for the Carnegie Foundation found that employers overwhelmingly ranked interpersonal ability, character, and initiative above technical knowledge as predictors of professional success—a finding later summarized in leadership research as the “85% people skills / 15% technical skills” principle. DISC is the most helpful tool I have ever found to understand myself and others. If you had the best tool to help people do the most important thing, wouldn’t it be foundational in your tool box?

disc is great, but what else?
There are other things that will help you reach your potential rather than self-awareness and better relationships. Through certifications from Ziglar and the Maxwell Leadership Team, we can also help you and your team develop better attitudes and habits, leadership, and presentation skills.
do you have a ‘standard recommendation’?
Yes and No. Yes - start with a DISC assessment. You can learn a ton for just a few dollars. From there, it just depends on what you’d like. Maybe we do a deeper dive into a leadership assessment for you to grow in managing your team. Maybe we come out to your company and train on conflict resolution or client engagement. It all depends on your needs!
